Emarat, one of the largest petrol station chains in the UAE, aimed to enhance its customer experience by transitioning its services to a smarter, more automated platform. The goal was to modernize the customer fueling experience while providing an innovative, user-friendly interface that both individual and corporate users could easily navigate. This initiative aligned with Emarat’s broader vision of maintaining its position as a leader in the UAE’s energy sector through cutting-edge technology.
As part of this transformation, Emarat enlisted our team to design and implement a mobile application that would streamline fuel management and create a cashless, more efficient fueling experience. This app was intended to be a key touchpoint in Emarat’s larger Smart Station initiative, which utilized RFID technology and automation to upgrade over 60 stations across Dubai.
